Face to Face required after phone scree local or nearby consultant preferred * Ab Initio Developer * Location: Chicago, IL Job type: 1 Year Contract Interview type: In Person *Required Qualification* Work experience: 5-10 years *Roles and responsibilities: * *DELIVERABLE:* ETL Code,Tehnical Design document, & Deployment guide • Review and transform Source and target analysis into Ab Inito components and graphs • Design and develop ETL code • Monitor load process to ensure accurate data feeds • Ensure that the ETL requirements are adequately understood and documented. • Design the ETL application architecture based on the documented requirements. • Assist in the development of the ETL application and lead the Data Acquisition development team. • Perform development of ETL application, including ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed. • Develop detailed ETL specifications based on business requirements. • Develop and test the ETL application following all ETL standards and architecture. • Assist in the design of the ETL application. • Performed in a leadership role on an Ab Initio project with design and development focus *Skill set:* \ • Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Graphical Development Environment (GDE) • Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Data Profiler • Advance knowledge of Ab Initio EME • Advance knowledge of UNIX • Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Continuous Flows developing web services • Advance knowledge of Control – M Scheduler *Minimum/General Experience:* Education or training in analytical/programming skills, computer science, or database technologies and experience operating within high-tech environment. Six (6) plus years experience working in large, complex technical efforts involving multiple facets of a business system or IT program.
