Job Title:Applications Business Analyst
Location:Orlando,FL
Duration:6-2Months
All candidates must provide the number of years of experience next to each

• B.S. in MIS, Business Administration, or related field •
7+ years of Professional Business Analyst experience •
5+ years of supporting Information Technology related projects using
formal Business Analyst methodology, techniques and tools •
Experience with Online Rebates preferred • Experience with Sustainability
and/or web projects preferred •
Experience with in the Utility industry preferred • Prior experience in
implementing projects with those functionalities is a plus •
Experience in HP Quality Center preferred •
Experience with development of business needs, business requirements
Business process management (BPM) and process development/documentation in
Utilities settings •
Experience with software package fit-gap analysis and documentation •
Experience with functional specification development •
Strong leadership
Administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to make presentations to both technical and non-technical
audiences
