understanding on all IT technologies Maintaining database of resume
following up with candidates.
5. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
6. Sourcing the resumes from Monster, Dice or Carrier Builder etc.. Talking
to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their
competencies & skill sets.
7. Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also
need to have good convincing and closing skills.
