Experience implementing high availability/load balancing architectures
using Ariba
Experience in Ariba 9R1
Required Experience (Same as Relevant Experience)
Overall Experience of about 5 to 7 years of Ariba Administration
experience to include build of new environments, migrations , and
technical support/troubleshooting
Job Responsibilities
Migrate changes from dev to test (follow instructions from RDS like
importing rule sets , running IE's and restart nodes etc.) and perform
testing and approve changes in test.
Migrate changes from test to production
Checking health of application by monitoring logs
Monthly restart of application nodes. (migrate changes to production
that requires restart during this)
Primary contact for CCSC when system is down or not accessible
Running jobs manually if batch job failed
Processing user eRequests after they are approved by IBM
Applying service packs
Stop/Start application when IBM applies monthly OS patches
