• Cover the high level scope and objective of the project and establish
communication channels
• Examine industry directions and trends for ways to improve their
effectiveness.
• Document a framework for their desired business analysis approach
including responsibilities, techniques, and interfaces to the rest of the
organization.
• Determine concrete steps for ensuring that business operations are
aligned with strategy and ensuring that technology is aligned with
business.
• Manage the change management process if there is any new
requirements/changes post implementation.
• Informatica knowledge would be a plus
