*Skills Required: * - JDE Finance Lead Resource with strong finance skills – GL, AP, AR, FA etc. - 10+ years of related and progressively more responsible experience. - Must know JDE Flex Accounting - Full cycle implementation experience - Knowledgeable on Finance integration with Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales. - Has a deep understanding of the IT industry and the implications of emerging technologies for the wider business environment. - This role will be responsible for completing configuration, executing functional unit test, creation of test scripts, and performing knowledge transfer to overseas resources. *Specialty: Functional* - Deep functional and technical knowledge of the application; - Custom development experience; - Strong analytical and supervisory skills; - Experience in managing teams with competing priorities and tight deadlines. - Leads on the formulation and application of strategy. - Applies the highest level of management and leadership skills. - a full range of strategic management and leadership skills. - Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas with their impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. - Has a broad and deep subject matter knowledge. - Has authority and responsibility for all aspects of a significant area of work, including policy formation and application. - Is fully accountable for actions taken and decisions made, both by self and subordinates. The Functional Lead then transitions into the Development Lead *Detailed Role Description:* Resource with strong finance skills – JDE GL, AP, AR, FA Work with technology and business teams to architect and deliver the solution. Work with project management to identify and escalate program issues and risks. *Additional Requirements:* - 10+ years of hands on JDE Finance experience - Organization Distribution: - Managing scope and requirements; - Managing the work from functional design through test; - Informing the Project Manager of issues that may affect other areas of the Project; - Assisting in resolving issues; - Participating in quality reviews of designs; - Providing status to Project Management on a regular basis; - Assisting with defining solution blueprint; - Confirming and transitioning planning deliverables; - Working with other team leads to confirm technical architecture analysis deliverables.
