*Skills and Experience Required :* - Minimum 5 of years of hands-on experience in programming, maintaining SAP applications using ABAP and/or ABAP Objects, Developing Custom enhancements and reports. - Strong knowledge of HR modules (PA, PY, OM, BN and TM) and the associated tables. - Understanding of HR infotypes and structures - Develop compressive reports using ABAP list viewer (ALV), ABAP Objects or interactive drill down reports - Expert knowledge of SAP enhancement framework. - Experience in understanding the identified gaps and provide solution(s), translate it to technical efforts and estimate the work for the same. - Experience in writing technical specifications. - Experience in leading team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring quality of development. - Experience in programming interfaces and transferring data from/to SAP and external systems. - Experience with Smartforms, ADOBE forms, Workflow and web services. - Experience in testing procedures and protocols.
