Must have EXCELLENT communication skills. * POSITION #1. 1. Solid experience having been a PM – worked on projects through the entire SDLC. Waterfall experience needed 2. Exposure to Search (SEO) , Analytics projects in the desktop and mobile space 3. Clear written and verbal communication skills – No heavy accents given that a large part of the team is dispersed and needs to follow directions via conf calls 4. Proficiency with Budget management, Change control and scope management 5. Must know Excel well – Able to run functions, nested tables, build forms and reports ( just cannot pivots not enough) POSITION #2. 1. Strong knowledge of Content Management CMS solutions, vendors and landscape 2. Experience managing large, multi-phased and concurrent work streams 3. Experience managing projects with Labor expenses of $1M - $2M and total project costs of $5-7 M 4. Technical background, has deep experience. 5. Must be a team player – must be willing to work for Program Manager without bias on previous role (i.e. I used to be program mgr/director so I won’t work for so and so) 6.
