The skills, experience we're looking for are Java and Cisco/CVP.
Some background on the current IP IVR environment:: Java and/or custom
Java is used in the IP IVR today to connect to Web Services that connect to
multiple databases, used for: ANI Lookups per line of business,
Self-Services with account value playbacks etc.
We anticipate that much of the Java will need to be re-created in the new
CVP environment and we would like to examine the potential of eliminating
as much of the custom Java as possible and use CVP to the Web Services
directly.
