Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 4 years of experience with Identity and Access Management TAM experience - At least 2 of experience in TAM experience with development and lead roles - At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. - At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. - At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience. 2. Solid knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals 3. At least an 2 year experience in TAM product 4. Working knowledge with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security 5. Experience with at least one of the following: Java, .Net, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, etc. 6. Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms 7. Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD), Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus 8. Good communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners; Effective written and oral communication at all levels of organization and technical expertise 9. Good understanding of role engineering techniques 10. Clear grasp of Secure SDLC principles and best practices 11. Self-starter, creative, disciplined, result-oriented, and devoted team player.
