*Job Description: *
As part of our Consulting and System Integration practice within
Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) vertical, you will work with the
biggest brands in banking and insurance in USA. You will be part of a team
that is helping our clients transform their business and IT operations and,
as we are a recognized leader in this field as well as a strategic global
partner with packages like Oracle, you can be sure of getting access to all
resources and support you need. In addition to serving clients, you will be
called upon to develop other key skills on your journey to becoming a
Leader, including business and staff development, thought leadership, and
firm building.
· Business Development - Responsible for establishing a strong
working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the team
and the firm
· Problem Solving - Analyse the problem from multiple sources
and integrated data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkage to
arrive at key issues.
Arrive at multiple solutions keeping in mind the various stakeholders to
assess the pros and cons of all solutions and define the most optimal
solution.
· Building Teams – Set goals for the team keeping in mind the
individual skillsets, encouraging openness and sense of camaraderie to
promote team work.
Understand the real issues in a conflict, is willing to discuss with
team members and leverages technique to resolve it constructively with
minimum work impact.
Identify areas of strength and development for own team members, provide
feedback, takes into account team opinion and implements reward mechanism
in the right spot and manner.
· Thought Leadership - Provide insight to new and emerging
trends and best practices. Contribute to IP Creation, filing of patents,
demonstration of IP in various forums by creating presentation and build
innovative solution for the customers
· Knowledge and Talent Management - Expected to contribute to
the growth and vitality of the CSI practice in various roles such as
collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development and provide
subject matter training
*Skills & Experience*
· Has 5 or more years of experience in Oracle Apps P2P, O2C or
CRM modules.
· Understanding of Insurance (Health) domain preferred
· Has a good competency in RICEWF components (Oracle Reports,
Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows and Forms). Oracle OAF
experience is also preferred.
*Should have strong PLSQL experience, OAF, ADF development.*
· Has sufficient knowledge of Unix shell scripting
· Exposure to client interfacing is mandatory, since the project
would require daily interactions
· This role requires flexibility to relocate within the United
States
