Lead end to end integration and trouble-shooting. · Create and maintain development environments in internal cloud, including launching virtual machines, solving IP connectivity and SIP routing issues, enforcing security rules, and implementing redundancy and monitoring capability. · Investigate technical solutions for introducing new voice services and creating KPIs. Be able to write scripts and codes for demonstration, and work with Software Development team for implementation. · When needed, create technical documents, including VoIP call flows, current/target architecture, use story, test cases and operational guideline for peers. · Provide engineering and operation support as Tier 3&4 engineer. · Work with Product Development teams for new feature evaluation and enhancements · Support QA team for solving testing issues and Production team for operational issues. · Monitor and report customer issues. Requires very good interpersonal and communication skills. · Development and Production instance Maintenance: Support and maintain the development and production environments * Technical Skill Sets:* · Must have very strong experience in VoIP communications, including SIP/RTP/SDP protocols, call features and end to end troubleshooting. Understand IMS architecture. · Must have very strong operational experience in Linux environment.
