As a member of a team, the Lead Front End Developer is expected to have
solid experience implementing solutions leveraging front-end user interface
frameworks and tools.
*Background, Skills & Experience*
Lead Front End Developers will have:
· Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS,
JavaScript and AngularJS.
· Solid team skills, with an ability to work independently on tasks.
· At least 3 years of client facing experience, preferably in a
consulting environment.
· Embrace ownership and responsibility for work product. Have a
strong sense of urgency to get work done.
· Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. This
is a client-facing role with the majority of work done on-site at client
offices in the New York City area. Candidates are expected to be on-site,
full-time, 4-5 days/week.
*Responsibilities*
· Participate in the Front-End architecture, design and development
of innovative, data dependent business applications.
· Develop Front-End code based on wireframes, visual design comps,
and screen specifications
· Integrate front-end code within various server side frameworks.
*Skills*· Javascript – Good JavaScript development skills
with a strong familiarity with a JS library like JQuery, YUI or extJS
HTML / CSS experience – familiar with translating PhotoShop design
