Please focus on PM skills, not Dev ones – a lot of times in BizTalk space we get Dev guys who think they can do PM, but it doesn’t work that way. *Roles/Responsibilities:* Plan and execute the implementation of partners onboarding to our Supply Chain Integration Hub(BizTalk) in the quest to expand in new products space · Generate functional specifications, implementation guides and mapping specs for all B2B maps aligning to the scope and incorporate feedback from the core teams before handing over to engineering for technical implementation Broad knowledge and understanding of B2B industry standards viz. Oagis, EDIFACT, X12 etc. · Knowledge of SAP EDI, IDOC’s and transports. · Must have a solid knowledge of Supply Chain management – preferably deliver and reverse logistics. · Should be able to coordinate with IT engineering & solution architecture teams in coming up effective design that meets the business needs and as well meet the project timelines. · Demonstrate understanding of business requirements analysis that follows industry best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC) in a team environment · Ability to utilize technical skills/experience to improve business processes, system feature/functions, usability and performance · Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure. · Evaluate requests for changes or enhancements by considering the capabilities of all Microsoft based technologies to satisfy these needs. Design and document of the required functional specifications for business change requirements submitted from internal users · Promote proactive and cooperative relationships within the work group by working collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, support, development and test teams · Work with internal customers and product management to determine business requirements · Analyze business requirements, provide cost/schedule estimate and then implement the solutions either directly through systems configuration or translation of business requirements into clear and unambiguous functional specifications · Work closely with solution management, development, test, support and architecture teams across international time zones and deliver quality solutions to our business · Be a self-starter that can maintain focus and deliver results consistently *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * · 5+ years or more of program management experience and implementations with B2B *middleware systems* integrating with SAP ERP system.
