*Job details- Oracle EBS support *
*Location: Ada, MI *
*Duration: 1 year contract*
*Requirement:*
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Proficiency troubleshooting Logistics-related processes and issues at Level
2 Production Support space
Must have 1-3 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS support
1-3 years of Oracle functional application experience with at least 3
modules among INV, PO, Shipping Execution, Advance Procurement
(iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier), BOM, WIP, Warehouse Management and
MSCA in R12 and 11i
Experience of configuration of at least 2 modules in Supply Chain
Management area
Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking,
organizational skills and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of support methodologies
Understand various essential business functions of an organization
Understanding of functional concepts & flow of Oracle Application Modules
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with minimal
supervision
Ability to handle demanding work situations with multiple priorities
Ability to interface with business users independently
Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle service requests
*Preferred Qualifications and Skills*
Oracle certification is a plus
Experience in using BMC Remedy ticketing tool (preferred)
Working knowledge of software development
Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database
architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL
Plus, Forms, Reports, etc.)
