12 -15 years of overall experience is required
Experience with application design, integration and deployment in an
integrated global IT environment
Ability to manage project constraints time, cost and quality
5 to 8 years general IT/IS experience and systems development
4+ years project management experience
Technical Skills
Java, J2EE technologies (server/UI)
DB knowledge
Experience in identity management/ directory services will be a plus
SSO experience will be an advantage
Candidate should be an experienced project manager who has experience
working in a fast-paced environment. This position needs technical
background, business acumen and project management skills in the software
engineering industry.
Ideal candidate need to be able to work with cross-functional technical
and business teams during software development life cycle. Candidate must
be able to prioritize details, project issues.
Quick decision making, negotiate and implement various options and
project approach with larger team including IT and business. Manage all
aspects of project and associated risks.
Strong organization and communication skills
Self starter
Able to run the end to end project by guiding team through difficult
situations as well as proactive management
Extensive experience with application design, integration and
deployment in an integrated global IT environment
Ability to manage project constraints time, cost and quality
Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
Solid experience in managing products and solutions​
Job Responsibilities
Drive functional and technical design for business requirements
Autonomously manage projects of varying scale and complexity
Lead cross-functional projects with only consultative direction from
management
Plan and manage a portfolio of projects, setting priorities, measurable
objectives and manage change
Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members,
management and other project stake holders
Collect and review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish
expectations for services requested
Develop manage and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule,
risk, deliverables, resources and budget
