· JD The skillset needed for this position is modern web applications. Candidate should be familiar with JavaScript. He (or she) should have worked with JavaScript frameworks outside of JQuery (e.g. Angular, ExtJS, Dojo, Ember, etc.). He knows what a single page application is. And because he is familiar with JavaScript he can pick up on other libraries that would be useful to us (e.g. visualization libraries like d3). He understands what a RESTful web service truly is. It's a plus if he has done web services using .NET WEB API (as opposed to WCF) He/she should have solid understanding of RESTful web services. He knows how to create web requests from different types of clients. In addition to C# and .NET, Experience with Powershell is also a must. · He should be honest about his abilities. He acknowledges what he doesn't know and strives to learn and can learn quickly. .
