Mandatory Skill - SharePoint 2013 Online
Experience creating SharePoint solutions using webparts, Features,
Web Templates, Client Object Model
Experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search,
Enterprise Content Management.
Experience in navigation customization, and branding customization.
Should be very good in Asp.net and OOPS concept.
Experience in Jquery, JavaScript.
Experience with SharePoint templates site templates,list templates,
master page customization is required.
Experience in application packaging and scripting.
Non Mandatory Skill
Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 server object model, ASP.NET, Jquery,
Javascript
Non-Technical Requirements
Communication Skill - Effective written and verbal communication
skills. Should be able to independently communicate with the customer

Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customer needs
Capable to independently handle development/enhancements with
experience in handling end to end project delivery

Required Experience
5+ years in MS Sharepoint
Job Responsibilities
Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and
information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying
systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design
using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and
deploy software solutions.
Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using
classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint 2013 online.
Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of
Business Intelligence dashboards.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation,
flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Build proof of concept examples
Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative
and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree
of creativity and latitude required.
