Please let me know if you are qualified and interested for below requirement. IBM REQUIREMENTS SQL IT Specialist Duration: 1 year Location: Lanham, Maryland Start: ASAP · Apply SQL scripts against application databases for various Wintel projects in DSTEST and Production. · Review existing database maintenance plans for the FIRE production server and how they can be improved to integrate with FIRE Import and Export jobs. · Process and execute database transmittals. · Create technical assessments for implementing change requests (CR) for critical application projects in DSTEST and production. · Restore mirrored application databases on the DR server that will be used in failover testing. · Troubleshoot SQL Server service outages as they occur, including after-hours and weekends. · Install and configure new SQL Databases. · When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, or index/query changes · The SQL Database Administrator must have experience creating stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views using T-SQL within a SQL Server 2008 or 2012 environment. · Extensive experience with using Microsoft SQL server 2005, 2008 & 2012 · Serves as a technical expert in all aspects of SQL . -------- Thanks, Bhanu Pratap Singh Source InfoTech Inc.
