--Role: SAP Performance Test Analysts LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA No # of Openings: 6 Duration: Long Term Requisition Details: Skills and Experience • Overall 6 - 10 years of experience • Must Have Experiences: o Test Design & Execution Skills – Design and execute performance tests with an understanding of functional and non-functional requirements to provide high value, high accuracy results o Hardware Knowledge – Good understanding of concepts of latency, memory and CPU utilization, multi-threading, cache, memory management o Ability to understand complex system architectures and come up with creative solutions to performance problems o Working knowledge of SQL o Strong understanding of modern databases system architecture (OLAP, OLTP, noSQL) o Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++) o Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS and *nix based operating systems • Following experience is a plus: o Knowledge of algorithm performance, O-Notation o Experience in using Performance automation tools like - Loadrunner, TAO, eCATT and Open Source test tools o Basic understanding of large organization business processes like Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay etc o SAP performance and system administration o Oracle DB performance, SQL tuning and system administration o SAP Functional Expertise • Job Responsibilities o Senior tester with strong SAP and performance testing background o Experience in handling complex systems for performance analysis/testing o Work collaboratively with other application teams o Work with globally diversified team in different time zone o Guide & mentor other team members o Work on more than one project simultaneously o Self-starter with good communication skills Thanks & Regards, Rahul Mishra E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
