It requires both broad (Microsoft technologies, operational experience) and deep (Operations Manager) technical knowledge. The primary responsibilities of this resource would be: · *20%* - Working regularly with application owners and internal support teams (including after-hours NOC management) within a large, enterprise environment to provide critical monitoring and performance insight. · *20%* - Act as an Operations Manager Subject Matter Expert for as design, deployment and support activities take place across the corporation.
