Description: Hands on experience on Cisco PIXASA Firewalls, Juniper SRX series, Palo Alto, VPN, Troubleshooting Skills, Log Analysis and Review, Compliance Audit. Co-ordinate , resolve issues and hardware failures with OEMs as per support contracts. Proactive performance and capacity utilization measurement and analysis to identify areas of improvement. Assist clients SME team in Problem management and RCA analysis. Execute change requests as per Clients documented process to make the changes on the firewalls and document appropriately. Manage escalations and rollbacks in case of failed firewall rule changes.
