Experience with IBM Rational Tool Suite: Focal Point (PM Tool), Insight
(Reporting Tool), Rational Team Concert aka Jazz (Project
Tasks/Tracking/Bug Fixes), and Quality Manager (QA Testing)
Assisting with upgrades and roadmaps for these tools
Second level troubleshooting of all Rational software tools.
Template development and supporting reports
Documenting existing installations and configurations and proposed
technical functionality for all IBM Rational Products.
Windows 2012
Strong knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project and Visio.
