Job Title: Solution Owner
Responsible for:
* Lead new supply chain solutions from concept through implementation
* Serve as Solution Owner, working closely with functional/business users
and project management
* Manage team of cross-functional employees and contractors
* Own the budget from estimation through execution accounting for risks
Skills needed:
* Can demonstrate functional knowledge of supply chain operations, and
preferably with logistics/transportation
* Proven experience with IT systems supporting functional supply chain
users
* Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful
implementation and ongoing execution preferred
* Ability to develop individuals and teams preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred
* Excellent organizational skills preferred
* Experience with full-lifecycle system implementation
