My client is looking for *Oracle Apps DBA.* Please let me know if your are interested for this position. *Job Title: **Oracle Apps DBA* *Duration: 6 months+* *Location: **Plano, TX* *Start: ASAP* *US citizen or Greencard only* Job Description: Senior Consultant who leads project teams in designing, developing, selling, and delivering a portfolio of E-Business service offerings. The Senior Consultant will provide Solution Design and Implementation leadership in both the technical and business domains of complex customer projects. Manage multiple project pursuits and deliveries if required. Participate in strategic selling and account planning activities. Function in leadership role during delivery by managing and directing teams. Assist the account team and program management in assessing alternatives, managing risks, resolving issues, understanding cost implications and driving customer satisfaction. Function as recognized expert in Siebel integration and has proficiencies in other solutions as well. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the design, development and implementation of E-Business solutions to meet the client's needs (technical lead). •Oversee project teams and their day-to-day activities (project lead). •Manage projects and is accountable for success of project engagements •Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data and deliver solutions to clients. •Exhibit a deep understanding of a service line and a broad knowledge of all service offerings within a practice area. •Develop and deliver informal presentations to project team and client management. •Construct the overall transformation roadmap for the client •Identify and assist with the development of service offerings. •Participate in business development activities by scoping potential engagements and preparing proposals. •Select appropriate tools available to develop and validate business cases including lifetime costing •Shape and influence client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and HP •Identify opportunities for additional business. •Plan and lead delivery of workshops and facilitated client events •Develop Management of Change (MOC) work streams •Lead the implementation of MOC activities acting as the change consultant for the client •Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of hp standardized and customized services. •Shape approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizing benefits at a program level. •Apply knowledge of and experience in multiple specializations. •More than 8 years experience as database administrator with at least three years in oracle e-business suite, release 11i. •Should have experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, installations, patching, performance tuning and backups/recovery. •Proficient in all aspects of 'system administration' functionality within e- business suite working knowledge of RAC, Oracle Workflow, OAM, Notification Mailer. •Framework experience with high availability, multi-tier architecture with load balancer is a plus. •Experience in Supporting 11i production and development instances. •Proven track record in delivering custom application & infrastructure solutions as well as strong project management expertise. •Proven state-of-the-art technical, functional and business knowledge related to Siebel solutions. •Extensive experience in designing and/or managing major Siebel projects •Has an architectural understanding of multiple technologies such as collaboration, knowledge management, application development, and related Business & IT areas •Technical expertise is sought after and provided to several project/accounts. •Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of assigned technology and discipline area. •Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies. •Advanced level business, technical, or functional knowledge. •Excellent written and verbal communications skills directed at both technical management and "C" levels •Ability to interact at CxO level •Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them to technical requirements •Experience in designing system solutions and enhancements. •Must have participated in multiple implementations *--------* *Thanks,* *Bhanu Pratap Singh* *Source InfoTech Inc.* W: *646-688-4913*| F: 732-909-2282| Email: *bh...@sourceinfotech.com <bh...@sourceinfotech.com>* | Website: *www.sourceinfotech.com* <http://www.sourceinfotech.com/> | *G-Talk /YIM:* *recruiter.bhanu22/recruiter.bhanu22* -- -- *************************************************************************************** For all SAP related tutorials,Articles,Faqs,Tips www.sapbrainsonline.com **************************************************************************************** You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sapbrains" group.
