*HOT HOT Position need Business Analyst with P&C Insurance sure shot closure.* *Must be local to IL* Position: Business Analyst with P&C Insurance Location: local to IL Type: 6+ months contract Job Responsibilities: Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic solutions Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving. Will work with stakeholders to help identify and understand their needs, concerns, and environment or business in which they work by interviewing and documenting for verification. Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest- level functioning expert. Proven ability of eliciting and gathering requirements by conducting JAD/JAR sessions, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, Business and Message Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, Data dictionary and User Interface Design Specifications - for large and complex projects. Experience in creating/reviewing test cases for SIT, UAT and performing tests and confirming that all the requirements are met and keeping track on RTM (Requirement Traceability matrix. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your project team and potentially across a team of Business Analysts focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort Manage minor conflicts, issues and changes to requirements in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team that they are in agreement on the solution scope and make sure the requirements are communicated for current and future use. Contribute to the development of solutions which best fits the business need, assist identifying gaps and shortcomings in solutions, and helps to identify necessary work-around or changes to the solution. Assist in testing of developed solution to confirm alignment with the business requirements. Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Gap and Impact Analysis Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
