This is a long-term role and based in Charlotte, NC Job Role: • Responsible for technical and business requirement analysis. • Oversee technical gap analysis, providing expertise. • Act as a liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems. • Responsible for producing business requirements. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. • Tools used to evaluate current processes may be industry tools or self-developed. Skills Required: • Business knowledge in Foreign Exchange, Equity derivative, interest rate derivative, credit derivative and other fixed income products knowledge (preferable) • Advance understanding and practical experience of software development lifecycles. • Should have expertise in writing advances SQL queries, stored procedures • Experience working on UNIX/Linux platforms • Strong analytic and problem solving skills & must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator.
