Ongoing contract- 1 -2 years Oklahoma City- OK Work with the client to learn processes & business domain * Works with client sponsors and project stakeholders to manage the appropriate deployment of Alliance resources into the various work streams. Lead efforts to ramp-up and ramp-down the Alliance resources as needed. Serves a resource/deliverables quality assurance role; Seamlessly mentors and manages all Alliance resources with proper cross training of resources to mitigate attrition risks * Establishes smooth communication channels with the client * Create all dashboards, scorecards, metrics and service level reports * Leads status and review meetings including quarterly business review meetings to ensure quality deliverables * Leads all implementation of best practices efforts to achieve efficiencies and effectiveness * Knowledge of QA testing * Other skills needed: * Project and Program Management * Operational Metrics * Change order and SOW*s creation with clients * Resource Management * Client and stakeholder liaison * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Regards,
