Role: ServiceNow developer and administrator Location : Greensboro, NC Client : Wipro Rate : DOE Job Description Should have prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, email etc.. • Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow • Understands the workflow engines • Creates workflow and web prototypes for client engagements • Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations • Uses Mid server, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow. • Administer and troubleshoot the deployed instance of ServiceNow. • Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions • Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules • Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards • Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively. • Promotes active listening with team members. • Contributes appropriately to conversations. • Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees. • Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. • Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas. Qualifications 1. IT or Web programming related educational background 2. The candidate should be trained in ITILv3 foundation certified 3. Service-now trained with prior experience in at least 1 implementation/support of ServiceNow. 4. At least 5-7 years of IT experience in development/support/analyst positions in Service Management tools such as BMC Remedy, HP SM, BMC Remedy on Demand 5. Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets 6. Able to Read and understands XML schemas 7. Understanding of Software as a Service 8. Understanding of client server architecture 9. Understanding of SOA and Web Services concepts 10. Should have prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, email etc..
