minimum 5 years experience with Peoplesoft 9.1 AP (PSAP) Vendor Table
Maintenance. Fully understands the data hierarchy in PSAP and the
relationships between vendor location codes and parent/child relationships
used in the vendor tables. Experience in analyzing relationships and
determining invalid relationships based on multiple sources of data.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and quickly compare differences between
spreadsheets (ie. V-lookups based on common vendor names or vendor
numbers). Ability to ensure quality analysis and attention to details
during the review of vendor tables established. Ability to work with both
IT and AP departments and provide updates on results of findings.
