*Please send your resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> or call my direct line 650-690-8258 if interested!* Face to Face required after phone scree local or nearby consultant preferred *Title: Sharepoint Admin* *Location: Redwood City, CA* *Duration: 1 Year Contract* *Interview: In Person* *Roles and Resposibilities: * • SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online (Office 365) support including permissions, site builds and configurations, list/libraries, and training on best practices • Assist and train the end-users, power-users, and site owners to effectively utilize the SharePoint functionality • Proactively build an internal SharePoint community comprising of SME’s to assist in departmental support • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the user-experience including layout, structure, and templates • Perform business systems analysis on processes targeted for a SharePoint solution • Design, develop, and support custom solutions (SharePoint Designer workflows and InfoPath forms) • Manage, from inception to completion, all SharePoint support and projects • Document, maintain, and update system-level configuration as well as training materials • Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with SharePoint framework, sites, and information • Support other systems as needed (Box, ServiceNow, ReQlogic, etc…) with provided training *Skills Required: * • Bachelor’s degree in technical field or 3+ years related experience with SharePoint 2010 • 3+ years consulting experience, with primary focus on servicing SharePoint users • Experience working with business users and IT to research, document, and resolve related systems issues • Experience in creation of training materials and training of end-users • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills • SharePoint Designer 2010 and InfoPath Designer 2010 experience • SharePoint Administration experience a definite plus, but note that focus is primarily on support • Solid analytical, problem solving, and trouble-shooting skills • Proactive self-starter who enjoys IT project and support work • Industry experience within bio-tech, or life sciences, is nice-to-have • Solid Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio *Thank you,* *Syed Obaid Shoaib* *West Coast Consulting, LLC* <http://www.westcoastllc.com/> *Direct:* (650) 690-8258 | *Work:* (949)743-0065 x 211 | *Fax:* (714)844-9091 9233 Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618, USA *Email: *[email protected] *Yahoo IM: *bobbyrashida -- -- *************************************************************************************** For all SAP related tutorials,Articles,Faqs,Tips www.sapbrainsonline.com **************************************************************************************** You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sapbrains" group.
