*Position: Project manager* *Location: Fort Worth, TX* *Duration: 6-12 Months* Description Develops, coordinates and controls project management aspects of departmental activities relating to the Enterprise Application and Data Services team. Obtains pertinent information and ensures necessary information is disseminated to appropriate departments and personnel. Exercises the organizational processes as needed to procure the necessary material, manpower and equipment to complete the various project. Job Requirements • Degree in architecture or engineering – Computer Sciences; Information Technology • PMI and Enterprise level experience in planning, development and management of development and implementation of projects. • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language. Administrative • Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. • Excellent computer skills and in depth understanding of Enterprise application implementation in a specific architecture. • Excellent telephone manner. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work with others as part of a team and to obtain information from others or gain their participation in problem resolution. • Must be a self-starter and work in multi-application owner environment Essential Job Functions • Knowledgeable of Agile Development and Life cycle management. • Ability to develop project plans executing enterprise wide implementation of Service Now applications Proficient in Project Management tools including MS Project, Excel, Visio. • Flexible and capable of adapting to change. • Ability to learn PC applications and apply knowledge. • Must work well under deadlines and high volume of project work. • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform release management activities to ensure planned releases from lower level environments as needed to support code releases into production. • Must work with minimum supervision. • Ability to work with all levels of management in communicating issues and making presentations. Preferred Skills: • Have worked with Service Now or SharePoint applications • Have experience with Third Party Hosted Application solutions • Agile • ITIL Required Skills: • MS Project • MS Sharepoint • MS Visio • MS SQL or Oracle a plus • COGNOS and / or Crystal Reports Qualification Rating Must Have Agile (Scrum) Methodology and 3 Yrs. Microsoft Project and 5 Yrs. Project Life Cycle Methodologies and 5 Yrs. Project Management and 5 Yrs.
