You need to know what the technology can and can’t do. *Experience and understanding of the following is preferred: - IBM WebSphere Portal v7, 6.1.5 WAS v8.x, 7.x, 6.1 - Web Experience Factory-v7,6.1.5 - IBM WebSphere Content Management (WCM) v7, 6.1.5 - IBM Business Process Monitoring (BPM)* -Development background -Experience functioning as a technical analyst.
