C2CQualifications: *Requires 5+ years’ experience administering enterprise
level applications
Requires 3+ years’ experience in SharePoint administration, with 2010
and/or 2013 versions
Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems
or 5+ years industry experience
Requires intermediate-level knowledge of tools used to install and maintain
web based applications, e.g. Server Administration (Windows Server 2008 and
higher), Database Administration (SQL Server 2008 and higher), Web Server
Administration (IIS 6.0 and higher)
Requires basic knowledge of IP networking and troubleshooting
Requires experience with administration tools such as PowerShell,
performance monitoring, audit & compliance tools
Self-starter; ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal direct
supervision
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to work with team members
across different locations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong desire to learn a variety of IT disciplines, either through
self-study or in collaboration with other teams
Data analysis and reporting skills preferred (e.g. SQL, SQL Reporting
Services, Crystal Reports)
Light development and scripting skills preferred (e.g. Workflow
development, InfoPath, HTML, JavaScript, PowerShell, .Net, XML, etc.)
Certification in at least one of the following: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP or
MSDBA preferred
