seeking a MS Excel Specialist with EXPERT level Excel skills and the
ability to use Excel to transform a manual process of data consolidation
and calculation into a more automated, efficient, and repeatable process.
This position would involve designing a Microsoft Excel-based toolset for
transforming and consolidating large sets of disparate data into meaningful
reports. This position requires the ability to analyze data inputs,
aggregate large amount of data, design calculations, sort information into
specialized reports, and create a process that helps verify data integrity
and accuracy of calculations.

At a minimum, this role requires expert knowledge and at least 7 years of
experience with the following Excel features:
Formulas and Functions, especially Math, Financial, Database, Logical, and
Lookup & Reference Advanced use of nested IF, OR, AND, Search, VLookup,
HLookup, and GetPivotData
Data source management, including Connections, cross-file references,
linking to CSV, XLS, TXT, protecting sheets, locking cells, working with
read-only files as raw source data
Defining and working with arrays, named ranges, and transposing data
Creating Pivot Tables, using the GetPivotData function, data consolidation,
subtotals
Data validation, drop-down selections, custom filters
Conditional formatting, dashboarding, creating graphs, charting, and
visualization of data
Ability to create and customize Macros using VBA as a last resort
*Required Skills:*
A bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
Be an EXPERT in Microsoft Excel
Ability to reference data from multiple workbooks into one master Excel
workbook
Ability to work with vast qualities of raw data
Ability to extract data into useful, verifiable reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently to meet team objectives
Ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think about "a better way to get it done.”
This position will require the ability to pass a federal agency specific
background check. U.S. residency restrictions will apply
