7 to 9 years of development experience on Java/JEE, Struts, Spring and
Hibernate
5+ years of experience with WebSphere application server
Experience leading a team and providing guidance
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Must have experience using development environments such as Eclipse,
Rational Application Developer, etc.
Must have working knowledge of all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
activities, including, requirements, design, Coding, Unit Testing,
Deployment and Maintenance
Strong working experience on Java technologies and frameworks such as
Spring, Hibernate, AJAX and Java Authentication and Authorization Service
(JAAS)
Strong Database skills on writing SQLs, Store Procedure in DB2
