- 5+ years of proven experience in data modeling, data management, data
warehousing, data transformation, metadata and reference data management
- Skilled in managing data models in Erwin & Modelmart
- Solid understanding of the following is required:
- Relational model design, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes
- Data warehousing, including both Inmon and Kimball methodologies
- Business Intelligence tools and concepts
- Adhere to enterprise data architecture policies and standards
- Strong team player, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both the business and
technical teams
- Fast starter, effectively delivers with limited supervision
- Experience with facilitating requirements and/or design meetings
- 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL query techniques
- Ability to multi-task with several concurrent issues and projects
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the
organization
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Teradata architecture preferred
- Healthcare Industry business knowledge preferred
