Please let me know if you are interested . *VOIP Engineer* *Minneapolis, MN* *6+ Months* *Start: ASAP* *Client : Target* *Requirements :* · Maintain high level expertise with voice monitoring technologies to evaluate voice technology availability, utilization and health or determine if any outstanding issues exist. · Monitor Health-Check tools and update parameters as required to determine proper alerting and issues are caught. · Able to action corrective actions through Incident Management. · Respond to and manage incident bridges to drive to resolution. Engage or coordinate resolution of issues escalated to product manufacturers, third party vendors and other technical resource teams. · Provide the second line of support for voice, contact center, Carrier and other IPT infrastructure service using approved AFI processes and methodologies. · Triage business impacting incidents and proactively repair or take required actions for the quick remediation of impacting incidents for Voice Operations technologies. · Participate or lead in correlating events to enable quick identification of root cause. · Exercise advanced troubleshooting, investigation and analysis methods specific to the Voice and Contact Center infrastructure and systems. · Develop, document, coordinate and execute standard changes as required. · Support or develop process and procedures documentation as required. · Demonstrate continual focus on process enhancement and improvement. · *MUST have CUCM and Unity experience**.* Please send me below information to submit your resume to client.
