· Strong understanding of SharePoint 2013 Architecture
· Development experience with *Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, C#,
Microsoft SQL Server, InfoPath, Nintex/K2, Workflow, Powershell and
SharePoint Designer *
· Understanding of SQL 2008/2012 server as relates to SharePoint.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
· Proven and extensive commercial experience in Full Software
Development Life Cycle, in SharePoint versions (2010/2013), architecting
and implementation using best practice.
· Strong understanding of multi-tier client-server architectures,
web and relational database technologies
· Strong understanding of infrastructure set up, and in-depth
knowledge of security architecture concepts (Kerberos, FBA, Claims, Token
service).
· Ability to analyze performance issues within both the SharePoint
applications and corresponding databases and make recommendations for
improvements, as well as, the overall optimization of the SharePoint 2013
environment.
· In-depth experience with Microsoft Platform and solution stack
along with previous experience in SharePoint development platforms,
Portals, Workflow, Forms, Web design, Web Parts, Custom solution and
features.
· *PowerShell, Active Directory, Networking, Exchange, SQL, IIS,
load balancers, Firewall, DMZ, VM.*
· Create functional design documents, translate the business
requirements into system requirements, create a prototype of recommended
solutions, demo to the users, and implement the solution
· Communicate Conceptual and Detail Designs to Client and
Development Team
· Experience in migrating content from non-SharePoint platform to
the SharePoint 2013 platform and expertise in 3rd party migration tools
preferred
· *Support the installation, configuration, security, operation,
and maintenance of all SharePoint servers, equipment, and software related
to SharePoint 2013 infrastructure*
· Experience in working in onsite – offshore model.
· Good Analytical Skills
· Good written & oral communication
· Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to set
priorities and meet deadlines
