Qualifications Basic • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education • At least 5-7 years of Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional experience. Preferred • 6-8 years of Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional experience (preferably EBS R12 HCM Core HR, Payroll skills). • Strong expertise coding in Oracle Apps PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, UNIX, Shell scripting. • Good knowledge on Oracle tuning. • Good to have knowledge on Oracle database upgrades and Oracle HRMS (like Core HR). • Exposure on Java and Oracle reports is an add-on. • Experience working in an onsite-offshore global delivery model. • Requires strong oral and written communication skills. • Good analytical and problem resolution skills.
