Expert level experience in Solaris, Red Hat or other Linux Operating System
Expert knowledge of FTP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, LDAP
Storage management, including direct attached, NAS and SANs
Monitoring UNIX/LINUX system activity, processor, memory and disk
utilization and conducting security auditing and assessment
Planning and implementing appropriate steps to maintain optimal
performance, security and reliability of the UNIX/LINUX system environment
Sizing, installing, configuring and optimizing UNIX/LINUX environment for
all enterprise applications
Monitoring and performing security and critical Operating System and other
enterprise applications patches and upgrades
Assist in Installation and go live of application components
Change management
Create or upgrade environments
Project management skills
