- Strong experience with EMC Documentum, WebTop/D2, workflow, retention
policies, etc. and related tool’s
- Understanding of Liquent Insight Publishing and submission
- Experience on effectively providing end user support to meet SLA
- Working knowledge in Pharmaceutical industry supporting regulatory
environment is preferable
- Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and related
documentations
- Experience supporting regulated, validated environment
- Responsible for generating SDLC documentation, where necessary
- Good problem solving, technical writing skills and quick learner with
positive work attitude
- Experience on translating technical design specifications into working
code
- Experience on configuring packaged applications to meet the business
needs specified in requirements
- Responsible creating and executing unit test scripts for all
configured/developed code
