For the first few months (Oct-Dec ‘15) the people will be engaged in User Acceptance testing – running the test cases and getting to know the application. In 2016 they would be traveling in support of site deployments. I don’t’ exactly know the amount of travel, but I would set an expectations of between 50 and 75%. JDA experience is best, but I think if they have real-life experience deploying/supporting other TMS applications, they would be good candidates. *Business Analyst for Supply Chain/Logistics* We are seeking business engineers/analysts with skills and experience in processes and systems related to SUPPLY CHAIN and LOGISTICS to facilitate application deployment in support of our North American business. *Responsibilities will be as follows:* · Act as a member of the deployment team to test and implement new business processes and tools in the following areas of the OPE Downstream Program: · Site-level deployment and implementation of New Orchestrator (DOO) and Transportation management System (TRW) tool · Track project deliverables using appropriate tools · Proactively identify and manage crises which may impact the success of the project · Maintain confidential information (standards, times, projects, workforce and salaries) · Use appropriate communication tools to report ongoing and final validated results of projects to appropriate personnel throughout the project/study · Assist in delivery of training to business process people as needed *Required Background:* · Degree plus at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role · Experience in the development or deployment of TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, particularly from JDA · Good communication skills (explanation of technical concepts and issues to non-technical audiences) · Ability to organize and facilitate meetings · *Position will require regular travel within the US and Mexico, as well as the possibility of limited international travel to France.* Please send me below information to submit your resume to client.
