The candidate, while focused on integrating client’s data into the LaunchPoint structures, must also be knowledgeable about data integration architecture, audit balance and control restart ability and other aspects of data integration. A strength is the ability to work with business users, internal and external, to understand requirements and create solutions. The candidate must be one that thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. *RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS:* Creates clear run documentation to support and transition new processes to the Operation team Handle multiple implementations simultaneously Work independently and within the team structure Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with users, management and coworkers Reports on status directly to Manager of Data Integration, and indirectly to the Project Manager *POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Expertise in data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) between similar and dissimilar systems using SQL Programming, capable of source transformation from/to flat files, XML and relational system structures.
