Please let me know if you are interested. *SAP MM WM QM Consultant * *Alpharetta, GA* *12+ Months* *Start: ASAO* *Client : Atos/Siemens* *Must have completed 3-4 full life cycles* *Requirements :* *Requirements (in order of importance): * 1) Thorough knowledge of SAP MM/WM/QM, DC Inbound/Outbound Operations, Customizing RF transactions, interfaces with other modules (this is critical) 2) Expert functional business process and SAP technical knowledge in the areas of Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Wave Picking, RF Queue Management, RF Productivity Monitoring, Cubing Logic 3) Extensive practical experience with DC Operations, WM third party interfaces with SAP WM and other SAP modules. 4) Expert functional business process and SAP technical knowledge in the areas of MM, WM and QM modules 5) Demonstrated experience in using KPI reporting, Pareto analysis and root cause problem solving. *Knowledge * 1) Customized RF Transactions, Wave Picking, Product Modification Shop Operations, Route and Freight Determination: At least 10 years progressively responsible senior level experience in SAP MM / WM roles 2) Expert functional business process and SAP technical knowledge in the areas of Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting. Internal Replenishments, Kanban, Strategies for Put away and Picking, GR with inbound Delivery for PO, Van Replenishment, Bin Search based on Storage Location and Storage Types, Pick/Pack for Delivery in a DC environment: Extensive experience in DC environment 3) Pareto analysis, root cause problem solving, MM, WM, QM, RF Devices, KPI reporting: At least 7 years progressively responsible senior level experience in SAP MM, WM, QM roles *Experience * 1) Track record of designing and implementing complex WM systems projects in logistic environment that meets business requirements within budgetary and time constrains. 2) Business process knowledge both SAP functional and SAP expert skills that allow for versatility in job assignments. DC operations, processes and methodologies. Specific Knowledge of wave picking, pooling, special stock and hazardous material handling, RF queue management, System guided putaways, etc. 3) Strong communication skills (written and oral) that allow bridging the gap between technical development and business process execution and end users.
