Keys to the Position:
v *Avaya 3-5 Years and experience* with the following applications:
v *Communication Manager 6.3, Session/System Manager 6.3, AAC 8.0, Aura
Messaging 6.2, Presence 6.x, ECAS, CMS 17, CES, UC including mobility. *
v *Aura AAC and or UC experience is a Must.* Candidates with the Unified
Communication (UC)experience will be preferable.
v Moves/Adds/Changes
v Migration from H323 to SIP
v International Call Flow
v Vendor Relationships
v External telecom subject; PRI, POTs, DID
v Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Telecommunications Analyst*
The voice team is responsible for deploying, supporting and maintaining
current status of voice technologies. The team’s goal is excellence in
providing voice services globally; throughout the firm. Day-to-day
operations support, plan, optimize, the above stated applications and
versions.
v Major and minor alarm review and response
v *3+ years Avaya operational experience *
v Strong Unified Communications Experience
v *Strong Avaya Aura Core Experience *
v Knowledge sharing, documentation, peer training, and communications
v On Call rotation
v *H323 to SIP migration *
v *Knowledge of Codec *
v Strong inter-personal skills
v Positive customer service & team attitude
v Focus on quality and collaboration
v Committed to improvement
*Additional skills:*
v Service now a strong plus
v Avaya hardware platforms with hands on experience (certification
preferable)
