Skill Set Needed Really just someone that has real world experience using both products. *Both are Microsoft products that are included in the Enterprise edition of SQL Server. * Here are the additional critical skills requirements for the person to have 3 - 5+ years of experience actively designing databases and with and using Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) and Microsoft Data Quality Services (DQS). This person will be the only one on the team with these skills, so they need to be at or near the expert level for setting up and using these specific tools with a large SQL database. Xerox is importing approximately 200 spreadsheets with asset resources from various groups in different formats and schemas that are needed to be consolidated into a single Master Asset Database. They expect these tools to assist in the database conformance, de-duping, and query updates to combine the information from multiple records for the same asset, from different sources, into a single Master Asset record.
