Works with customers/business partners to develop test strategies and negotiate approvals. Well capable of delivering, managing and tracking project testing schedules. Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, good experience in all types of testing includes Smoke, System, Integration, Regression testing Should be a strong team player, routinely demonstrates flexibility and is a very capable multi-tasker. Should have experience in handling Onsite-Offshore model projects, capable of leading a team who works from offshore Delivers and tracks progress to testing schedules, within aggressive “time and material” project environments, sometimes across parallel projects.
