*Requirements :*
Performance Test Architect with experience in developing automation
framework with good experience in Retail, Banking, Healthcare experience is
big plus.
Min 15 + years’ experience with strong Performance Test Architect
experience with good experience in Healthcare, Retail, Banking Domains is
big plus.
Play a strategic role to improve the team's product architecture,
development methodologies, analysis tools, and workloads.
Must have experience in Rational Performance Testing.
Optimize system performance and build instrumentation into our stack to
understand real-time performance characteristics
Triage the toughest page performance issues, root cause hotspots or
regressions, and fix and/or make recommendations on how to fix the issues.
Be responsible for and drive complex technical projects from the planning
stage through execution
Contribute to engineering department strategy, process, and high
performance culture
Demonstrated expertise in architecting, designing, trouble shooting.
Strong performance testing background with scripting and execution
Candidate should have experience of setting up a Performance Testing team
Practitioner in Application Performance Monitoring
Should be well versed with the Performance Testing Lifecycle
Be able to define/identify tools & licensing requirements
Load generation /measurement tools (e.g. Performance Center, LoadRunner,
JMeter) and methodologies
Performance testing of JVM-based application frameworks and application
servers.
Must have experience in Rational Performance Testing.
Must have min 8 years Performance Test Architect Experience
