*Duration 6 months to 12 months Start ASAP Location * *Responsibilities:* - Develop Gap Analysis documentation to define customers' business needs. - Participates in development of business, user, functional, and systems requirements. - Generate business process, training, testing, and process monitoring documentation. - Support development staff and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure requirements meet specification and client expectations. · Participate in weekly integration calls and collect the changes for each integration and schedule/coordinate the changes with release leads. *Qualifications* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. · 9 years working as a Business Analyst. · Experience with collecting requirements for J2EE/Web applications · Expereince with working with tracking tools such as JIRA etc. · Willing to work on call on rotation basis and update the incidents status in Remedy tool.
